Los Angeles, CA – Looking down South Figueroa in downtown Los Angeles. The weather was nice, clear and cool with a slight breeze. I wasn’t really expecting the weather to cooperate so all I had was my point and shot camera (Canon Powershot G5). It has been my travel companion for over six years now, I have been wanting to upgrade to something more current but have not found a more suitable camera. The G5 is light, durable and has an amazing lens for such a small package.
Took a walk around the Bonaventure property; it didn’t take long to realize there really isn’t much in walking distance from this part of town. In a lot of ways it reminds me of Atlanta; there is a central commerce area however outside of that there really isn’t much for pedestrians – especially at night.
