I Can See a Rainbow
Really busy at work over the next few weeks, uploads and comments when I can.......
I know that you’re all thinking “not another one of the bloody Kings Cross roof” but my photostream has been lacking some colour with all of the B&W stuff that I’ve been doing lately and I couldn’t resist this. I also feel that this is different from the other two that I’ve taken from this location (looking up and the red wing) so I can just about get away with another one :-)
Whilst this picture is lined up fairly well for a fisheye lens there is a light that wasn’t working on the LHS of the picture and it throws off the balance of the image, I was a bit gutted that the lamp isn’t working and to my knowledge it hasn’t been working for a while. I did contemplate waiting until all the lamps were on before taking/uploading but I’ve never seen the roof looking like this so I kind of figured it might be a long wait, however if they ever do this again with all of the lamps working I promise that I’ll just replace this photo instead of a fresh upload :-)
Looking forward to the dry spell that's arriving for the weekend Tuesday is supposed to be 29.. yay summer at last ;-)
I’m a bit behind on commenting at the moment had a big work party (which I was one of the photographers for) last night and I’m feeling a little delicate as a result LOL…. I’ll catch your streams later!!
***Martin Turner has suggested a square crop to get rid of the lighting problem (which is really bugging me), I missed this when processing it, but I'm looking forward to reprossing it when I get home, I think that he's on to a winner, cheers mate***
