Hommage to Daido Moriyama
Today I went to see the Daido Moriyama exhibition at the Tate Modern in London. It's also got William Klein, though I did not go to see his work, it was also great.

I love Daido's super high contrast, high grain look which he historically achieved with Kodak Tri-X pushed in D76... So, on the way home I tried to replicate this technique with some aggressive agitation during development. I still couldn't get it as rough as his look, he must push it harder and agitate more, or perhaps develop at higher temperature. Still, I am pleased with the look I have achieved. D76 rocks!
