The first, CIL 10, 03821 = D 03662:

Genius [the]atri // Lucceius Peculiaris redemptor prosc(a)eni / ex iso fecit

 

The second, AE 1987, 00257:

]roni d(e) e(a) r(e) i(ta) c(ensuerunt) c[um 3 adiutor om]ni tempore exti[terit et rei publicae] / [servierit pl]acere huic ordin[i civis honestissimi] / [memoriam decorari cu]m velit Cn(aeum) Lucceiu[m 3 statua] / [honorandum et l(oco)] d(ato) monumentum fa[ciendum] / [esse] pecunia publica da[ta dum decretum] / [relatum fue]rit ad populum prim[o

 

The third, dating to 1665, records the finding of the first:

Capuae teatris / ruinis modo erutus / lapis / vetus praeclari facti / memoria / hic s(enato) c(onsulto) rep() AD MDCLXV
