As seen on Green Street.

Mayfair is a district in central London, named after the May Fair, held at the location 1686-1764.

It turned into one of the more exclusive areas to live in with buildings dating from the middle of the 17th century and a hundred years onwards. It became the home adress for some of the richer families in the country - including the Grosvenors.

Today the area has some of the highest rents in London, and many of the private homes have now been turned into offices - though not all of them.
