I wonder if any reprints are available of this? I was fortunate to be at the exhibition last spring and was delighted to discover her work, I'm pleased that she is exciting interest once again. It would be wonderful to be able to enjoy the paintings again.

There is now a film about her called Seraphine -- a big award winner in France last year.

I had not heard of her work, which Is really astonishing until I recently saw the biographical film. How could I have let such beauty pass me by.

It is sad that it took a film to learn of this artist and her exceptional talent.
The works shown on flicker appear identical to those depicted in the film.

I, too, have recently seen this wonderful film which seems to portray her exactly as the little amount of information I've been able to find about her. Worth watching.

Loved the film and want to be on the list of where to find this print/poster! It is incredible, isn't it!

I just watched the DVD of the life of Seraphine and was moved to tears by it. Though I lived in France for two years as a young woman, and have traveled there many times, and am even an artist myself, I am shocked that I never heard of her before now. I was born the year she died and now want to see her work up close. Put me on the list also, for a reproduction or poster.

I did not know about her until I watched the film last night on BBC4.
What a genius. A Mozart in the world of painting.
Thanks BBC4 for letting us discover her paintings.
Would love to buy her posters.

awesome film; great acting by moreau; seemingly quite accurate in historic facts, except the date of her death...odd, as this is, after all, the 20th century.

What a disgrace the way people with mental illness were treated an Extrodinary Artist instead of being nurtured and loved ends her days alone an forgotten . Remarkable Colours an Intenstity ,Breathtaking, Sadly Genuis is so Often Mistaken for Madness . I salute you Seraphine Louis . I will purchase a print .
