Baby dorayaki bento, #87 [28.08.2011]
Bentoseason started again! And this was just a test run for me. As suspected, I've gotten slow over the summer, so I'll be prepping for boyfriend's bento a bit earlier tomorrow!
The star of this bento is the baby dorayaki. Technically they are 'poffertjes dorayaki' (ポシフュルチュどら焼き) because it was made in my poffertjes-pan (these particular ones are cut open to be filled with anko, as poffertjes are real thick)! I tried mixing Dutch and Japanese food. The tsubu-an is also homemade!
