A thick Dutch pancake with raisins and apple. The dough is quite similar to american pancakes, only this has no baking soda but just baking powder, or selfraising flour.
The name is 'drie-in-de-pan' which means 'three-in-the-pan' probably because you can make 3 in a regular sized skillet, and 3 is a portion. You'll be full. Trust me.
