Yale University hosts RTI Training
The Institute for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage at Yale University hosted RTI training sponsored by a training grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH). The Cultural Heritage Imaging team delivered a 4-day class in Reflectance Transformation Imaging (RTI) to 14 people at Yale University in New Haven, CT, April 4-7, 2017. RTI is an imaging technique that captures a subject’s surface shape and color and enables the on-screen interactive relighting of the subject from any direction.
