Lesser Yellowlegs

I had tentatively ID'd this as a Lesser Yellowlegs, based primarily on bill shape and length, .... and body size (which was roughly the same as a Killdeer, though longer necked). I feel confident about the ID after hearing from more experienced birders.


I've found these birds to be extremely wary of humans -- this is my first halfway decent shot.
