No Turns (2012)
The intersection of Lower Wacker and Lake Shore Drive produces an intriguing grid of steel and concrete. Chicago has several streets the occupy multiple levels of which Wacker Drive is the longest. It consists of an upper-level riverfront boulevard, a lower-level roadway for commercial and through traffic, and a recreational walkway at water level.
