Quinta Sangria

40cl (12 ounces) Croft Pink

9cl (3 ounces) Cognac

20cl (6 ounces) Champagne

9cl (3 ounces) fresh Lemon juice

9cl (3 ounces) Sugar syrup (simple syrup)

24 seedless black grapes (muddle or mash grapes at bottom of a punch bowl)

12 dashes of Angostura bitters

Garnish with black grapes (cut in half) and slices of lemon.

 

For an extra touch, skewer an individual grape and lemon wheel together. Make several and let them float.
