Matt Neal leads the design team at Liquid - a Brisbane-based design consultancy and digital agency that seeks to deliver positive social outcomes through their digital solutions and platforms.

Matt is an incredibly curious designer who has spent the past 15 years looking for ways to create meaningful impact through simple, carefully considered design.

After graduating from the Queensland College of Art, Matt worked in London where he honed his skills on websites and apps for brands such as McLaren Racing, Team GB, Rolex and Sharp. This experience taught Matt to consider how micro and macro decisions worked together – from the product details to the system-level view of the digital ecosystem.

Back home in Brisbane, he has continued to focus on how design can help solve complex problems in a simple and accessible way. Matt talked about what it means to keep moving, to stay motivated, and to keep everyone else moving as well.
