My 4th attempt at the perfect, Vietnamese Spring Roll... Lime and spicy peppers makes the sauce perfect!
Update: I just bought my first Rice Vermicilli (rice noodles) and Vietnamese Chili Garlic Sauce, so I am now working on version#5 of the Spring Rolls. Stay tuned... I am obsessed with perfecting this recipe!
