Eat Your Colors on Portion Control Plates

Colorful kid's dinner with portion control plates, created for my 7 year old son who has a high BMI, and high "bad cholesterol". 1/2 the plate is fruits and veggies, 1/4 of the plate is protien, and 1/4 of the plate is grains (pasta with egg whites). This is a little white carb. heavy, but my kids really love pasta, so we are working on trying to give them less pasta, but more fruits and veggies.
