Treasure Balls: Southeast Asia

By Faythe Levine

Treasure Balls: Southeast Asia

edition of 10, 2011

Hand cut & rolled crepe paper, hand picked ephemera from Thailand & Bail, Approx 4" in diameter, 2011

For the June edition of Printshop Forever, artist Faythe Levine created a series of treasure balls inspired by her journey through Southeast Asia. Each ball hides a carefully-picked collection of small artifacts tightly wrapped in hand-cut crepe paper and closed with a seal for someone special to unravel or enjoy as a mystery. Collect them, give them, unravel them or keep them and wonder. Each ball is certainly a treasure.
