Maloney Canine Training Facility Groundbreaking Ceremony

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, participated in a groundbreaking ceremony for the U.S. Secret Service's Maloney Canine Training Replacement Facility at the James J. Rowley Training Center in Beltsville, Maryland, Nov. 29, 2017. Baltimore District representatives were joined by distinguished guests from the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Secret Service and Harkins Builders Inc. Baltimore District engineers designed and are overseeing the construction of the complex, which is estimated for completion in early 2019.
