Civil engineers from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, held a panel discussion at the Morgan State University's Civil Engineering Honor Society meeting on Nov. 5, 2014. The panel contributed information regarding their education, career paths, and work with the Baltimore Corps.
