Project 365 #299: 261010 The Sands Of Time
Following a fabulous afternoon at Edinburgh Castle, we popped in to the Eteaket tea shop for some afternoon tea, which was one of our wedding gifts.
I can't stand tea, but faced with a menu of about sixty different teas I thought I'd get thrown out if I ordered coffee.
Going through them all, I must admit that Lapsang Souchong sounded pretty tempting...and do you know what? It was delicious!
When the tea came over it was on a tray with this hourglass already running. We were instructed to remove the brewing infuser from the pot when the sand ran out. And we did. And it rocked. :)
