Another breakfast shot
Three tree swallow chicks lined up waiting for mom or dad to feed them.
I assume these chicks have not completely fledged, beacuse while they would occasionally fly out to meet a parent or perch on another branch, the fact that the brood sticks together most of the time makes me think that they will still return to the nest to roost. I am sure their wings are getting stronger all the time and pretty soon their insect catching skills will match the parents.
For now, they are ever hopeful that the parent flying in will pick their wide open beak to fill.
