      Oops, I tagged the wrong lens for this photo. I use the MP-E for most of my shots, but this one was taken with a Sigma 150mm. I think I used a Canon mt-24ex diffused with a couple soft boxes. I have several different lighting set ups that use either a single speedlight or the twin flash. Both work fine as long as you use softboxes or other diffusers and get them very close to the subject.
