Water Dragon

There always comes the point when your collection meets it's limits. Now my blue is nearly dead.

WIP or not I'm not sure. After building something I am too close to it to see it 'objectively' (as far as this is possible)

^^ Chef twaak, the proper ingedients to cook a tasty dish;-) True words.

^Oh yeah, I knew there was something I wanted to desperately say, but forgot while trying to respond as much as possible.

Yeah, thanks everybody for your impressive respect not destroying the sight by a note war :-P
(On a side note, Bryant, I appreciate your stop-by, that note wasn't really necessary, so I deleted it - no bad feelings)

Actually my hoverbike comment was sincere. I was wondering if you used it as the basis for the dragon's structure.

Lols, yeah the wind can calm down, but I've headstrongly (wrongly ) stuck to my original moc, and it's going to need some last minute revelation to help it along.
But seriously, this thing, of which I'm proud to have been an influence for, is truly one of the great ones - impressed you felt you needed this level of magic to take me out with, and true, it's not over yet.
Will have to find that missing key for the little locked room in the back corner of my brain - keep all the dangerous ideas there.

Damn Karf, when Cole slaps people across the face, he sure uses a BIG glove!

    Go get 'im!

    Apocalust,
maybe it was subconciously derifved from the just before built speerbike, but not intentionally.

    Karf,
I know your abilities and even if only one day would be left you'll manage to build somthing original and I like you mad thinking - a true path to the creative spring. It takes two to dance. I felt challenged by you (an important issue of this) and you'll feel same. Maybe it was a slap, but nevertheless I also want to encourage you. Hmm, damn ambivalence of a competition with someone you like...

    V&A,
    yes, encoragement is encouraging ;-)

Best MOC Yet! At least in my opinion...

    Well done! Total win!

It is rare to see a LEGO creation as magical and awe-inspiring as this dragon. You are a master, Cole. (Not that we didn't know that before..)

    NICE

    Awesome !!! Extraordinary! !!!!!

Awesome awesome awesome. I especially the way you used the trans-blue fires. You should really look into mythology at Poseidon's Horses. That's what this guy looks like to me, and I bet it could get your blood goin to keep working on this. Full-scale it would be an absolute show stopper!
  • Cole Blaq 5y

Agreed. Thought I'd commented on this before, but my comment seems to have vanished...

Cannot find the words ........ wonderful all round.

This is one of those creations which I find myself stumbling upon again and again. Whether I actively search for it or just see it pop up in a group or blog, I seem to view it at least once a month. I might as well speed up the process and add this to my favourites, truly a stunning build.
