2011/365/270 Grandma's Sewing Machine

My sister offered me this old Singer sewing machine, that had belonged to my Grandmother-- meaning it likely dates from the 1920s. Apparently it still works.

 

Her husband has done a masterful job on refinishing the wood, which Skips says was just removal of the years of patina.

 

Anyhow, Harriet said she wanted a bigger table in her entry way, and thus it is now packed in the back of my truck headed home to Arizona.
