The Piña Colada

Even when it´s more associated with hawaiian-shirts-easy-drinking-tourists, girlie drinks and sometimes a symbol of the age when the "real cocktail" was dead. The Piña Colada, when made under the specifications of The Caribe Hilton of Puerto Rico, is refreshing & delicious. A proud son of the caribbean mixology: enticing looks, delicate aroma, true tropical favour and just the right balance. When the caribbean sun hits the roof, it´s time for a couple of Piña Coladas, si señor!

Footnote: I almost lost the pineapple season looking for a proper Piña Colada glass, but what the hell! the fruit can´t wait any longer... A hurricane glass must do the job.
