Biltmore Leaves: Wall Sculpture
An artist in the Be Dazzled gallery uses copper for the branches and leaves of these trees as metal sculpture. This image is taken without flash in ambient but low light. I think the colors on some leaves are done with flux and acids, and the underside of each is left bare. Truth be told, I think I like my "excerpted view" better than each whole sculpture. More fun for cobalt, escaping the heat by hanging out in an airconditioned shopping mall. This is in the Biltmore Fashion Square shopping center, one of many in this series I am building.
