• 3 dimensional letters are set into polished metal for the sign "contemporary art".
  • There was a small tree near this sign to the sign and it reflected onto the galvanized metal interiors nicely.

Galvanized by Art

Newer Older

Taken while at our photo stroll to the Orange Table Restaurant, Scottsdale, AZ. The Scottsdale Center for the Arts is right next door to the restaurant and I could not resist trying for this shot of the polished metal and galvanized 3 dimensional letters in metal sign.

Thank you so much, X-Czech, for getting us together at a wonderful place for dinner! And thank you, Daniel, for getting a sneaky shot of me shooting that I like, here.

This resonates on so many interesting levels. Great catch! I am particularly enamoured of the light around the edges of the "art" where it meets the background. Ooo, neat!

Here is a photo I like that friend Daniel Greene took of me during our meetup. I rarely like photos of myself, but this one is soooo cobalt, ha ha!

A smart tart of a pic, Sis! Part of you will always be a stifled elementary art teacher. Art has been one of your themes since about 2nd grade!

This is an awesome shot. By any chance is Daniel Greene the owner of the art catalogue?

  14. cobalt123 80 months ago | reply

I've never heard of "the art catalogue". Daniel is a flickr friend of mine who is local and a big supporter of our meetups and photo strolls.

Thanks to all who came to look here today. I especially appreciate your interest.
