The Futurescape City Tours is a pilot project of the Center for Nanotechnology in Society at ASU where citizens of Phoenix walk and explore the past, present, and future of the city through conversations and multimedia.

Local experts are brought in to present technology's place in the future of the city, and host discussions at various locations across the urban core. On the tour, participants take photos and notes, which are then presented at an art exhibit following the tour. This exhibit gives FCT the power to expand beyond the walking tour itself and engage more citizens in thinking about what futures they would like to see in their city.
