    Clotilde,G'Day from "Down Under" (Sydney Australia) I love your photo of the Gateau citron-pavot, does that translate to Lemon- Poppyseed Cake? I would certainly love to get the recipe. My Polish/Ukraine mother who is 84 years & unfortunately very very ill used to make her own Poppyseed cake where she would first soak them in milk to remove the bitterness & then using a foodstick, grind them down to a fine paste I do have the recipe but it is so time consuming I would reallylove your recipe PLEASE It appears SO LIGHT in texture
