    The first loaf of bread I saw like this was at an open air market in Asti. I loved that you could go and choose how much bread you wanted by indicating the width.

    What I can't imagine is how much dough it would take, how heavy that dough would be, or how you would be able to maneuver it in and out of a great big oven! Quite a feat!
