      what is the fluffy/pasty white stuff on the beef cubes? is that a quail egg with a raw yolk it it? YUM!

      Does the peanut sauce cook the meat? This is just too raw for me...just go straight to the butcher I say.

      Paris Breakfast - well, "raw" is what you expect and hope for in a tartare!

      Funny. You ordered all the same things I did the first time I went to the Chateaubriand. I really liked the tartare, but mainly for the beef, which I thought was unusually tasty and loved the big chunks. The lamb was too small a portion to be really satisfying though. Do you know Inaki too?
