Old Montreal Wedding Cupcakes

5 dozen vanilla cupcakes frosted with vanilla buttercream and 5 dozen lemon cupcakes frosted with lemon buttercream topped with edible pearls for a wedding held at Restaurant Du Vieux Port in Old Montreal.

 

Top level of the cupcake stand is a 6" chocolate mud cutting cake filled with chocolate ganache and covered in white fondant.

 

Cutting cake is topped with custom handpainted gumpaste bride and groom figurines.

 

Simple, but possibly my favourite wedding cupcakes to date.
