Time and tide wait for no one!
We are now back to Vancouver! I think I'm getting old as it's getting harder and harder for me to overcome the jet lag every time I travel. Hence, I feel the Title of this Shot is a perfect description of my current condition... :-)
p.s. below is a brief note of the shot, in case you havn't read it in my previous shots...
It's been a while since I did a photo walk around sunset time. Not only because I've got tighter schedule back in Taiwan, but also the weather condition is far from OK to get a decent sunset view... Nevertheless here I am in the middle of nowhere around coastal shore in Chunghwa, central Taiwan, trying to capture the sunset!
As a matter of fact, I did not reach the destination I originally planned to. I was both late and lost when trying to locate the beach I wanted to be... I made up my mind to make some shots at the beach near where I pulled over my car! But before I could reach the beach, I needed to climb over concrete groyne fields. I think it's worthwhile as I kind of like the simplicity of the view here!
Honestly speaking the real challenge is how to get back to the car after sunset shooting. Imagine the situation... I was carrying "sandy" tripod, climbed up big cement stones, with my rainboots and in the dark! It's really spooky! I'm glad I managed to survive here! lol...
