On the day of his 76th birthday my father walking on "his" mountains. He taught me, since when I was a young boy, "never stop". More than 10 yrs ago he had severe problems with his legs, ending up in a couple of operations. Most people would have stopped. He never did it. So today, at his age, he is still able to walk for hours on snow.
A little lesson for those people, in Italy most people, who consider themselves "sportsmen" because they sit on an armchair watching a soccer match.
