"Just The Tip of The Cap" Mild (02)

A Mild Ale served cask-conditioned, pulled via handpump, during American Mild Month, at ...

Wrecking Bar Brewpub

Atlanta (Little 5 Points), Georgia.

5 May 2017.

"There are 11 different grains and sugars in this beer, giving it the similar complexity of a barleywine grain bill, but it only clocks in at 3.7% ABV [even though the brewery also lists it at 3.3% alcohol-by-volume. See below.). Very faint nuances of dark fruit, caramel, toffee, chocolate, and coffee, with just enough earthy English hops for balance; get the flavor and drink more than one.

OG 1.035

IBU 14

ABV 3.3%

Our English Mild cask-conditioned and pulled from the cellar using an old English beer engine. Sometimes it's nice just to keep it plain and simple."
