551 Thomas W. Phillips Residence

Constructed in 1905 from a Craftsman design by the team of Hunt & Eager, the house is one of a small number of their remaining structures. The exterior colors, cast stone and trees date to 1905. Thomas W. Phillips was one of the founding residents of Los Angeles.
