Grilling: 1012, Fire Fire
The chimney says it takes 15m, but it's still about 20-25 to get it cooking how you like it. Then another 5-10 while you let it stabilize once you've poured it out. I love charcoal grilling now but let no one say it's less effort haha. I have come to detest brickets though, I had to sub twice when our store ran out of hardwood-charcoal and brickets are foul foul.
