Got to spend a wonderful day on my own last week, getting lost on the back roads around Strathmore in southern Alberta. Not far from the stomping grounds of a few of my admired contacts, I suspect. Backroads like gravel highways; only once had to turn around in fear of my little car bottoming out. Took a couple of hundred pictures of the wide, flat, open country and softly rolling hills. Saw geese, swans, a meadowlark...and no snow! Loved every minute of my one-day winter southern vacation - just me and my camera: it's been so long.
Happy (Good) Fence Friday, everyone.
