UNPFII Side Event: Working with Indigenous Peoples for effective climate investments

To showcase mechanisms and approaches for enhancing Indigenous Peoples engagement in the Climate Investment Funds (CIF) at all level to foster sustainable development. The session will focus on soliciting views, thoughts and perspectives on how to enhance Indigenous Peoples engagement in Climate Investment initiatives in particular in clean technology and renewable energy projects to enhance and support their adaptive and mitigative capacity to address climate change.
