La Habana Desmantelar I _DSC5071

    Newer Older

Explore this image from my recent travel to streets of Havana, Cuba, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is essentially a paradise for artists, photographers and the like. This city of 2.1 million population delivers culture, architecture, history, visual arts, performing arts and commerce like no other place I've been to. I took my complex planar shooting style to the streets of Havana recently, only to discover depths of richness in this mysterious land which infused unexpected dimensionality to my visions.

So interesting capture, I did not see the "missing detail" for a while... Well done !

Thanks for noticing the finer details and taking the time to comment. I debated with myself for some time whether to present this as part of my series, but in the end, I thought to omit it would mean to lie, so I kept it in.

Unfortunately, the web-size presentation here doesn't really showcase all the details in a lot of my work which I believe are meant to be viewed large either on a display or print format.
