La Habana May Day _DSC5861

    Newer Older

Explore this image from Havana Cuba taken on May Day near Plaza de la Revolución, where an ocean of humanization paraded past the Cuban independence hero Jose Marti. Just like Havana itself, the parade is playground for artists, photographers and the like. This city of 2.1 million population delivers culture, architecture, history, visual arts, performing arts and commerce like no other place I've been to. I took my complex planar shooting style to the streets of Havana recently, only to discover depths of richness in this mysterious land which infused unexpected dimensionality to my visions.

Thank you, you'd be glad to know that the Fotodiox lens hood for RX1/R was used in the making of this image :)
