Pyramid of Khafre

No tour of Egypt would be complete without the obligatory visit to the great pyramids of Giza. Still standing after 4000 years, they impress with their sheer size.


That camel rider in the front is quite a bit closer to the camera than the pyramid and he's still so tiny.


There's not too much to see around the pyramid complex, but something about these huge piles of rocks still impresses and even distracts from the litter scattered here and there around the area.


Definitely check out the satellite view on the map. Very cool. This shot taken facing north.
