Llama at Machupicchu, Peru
Virtually tame, the Alpacas and Llamas wandering around the world heritage site, Machupicchu, keep grass tidy and short and sheepishly pose for pictures with tourists. Very nice of them, really.
Note: spelling of Machupicchu, old mountain in the local Quechuan language, as one word. Contrary the spellings I've seen in the United States, this was always written as one word in the country, so that's the way it's going to be for me from now on.
Update: this photo was recently featured in a television spot (for an almost impossible to observe short time). Maybe you some how caught it? let me know!
