A walk in the woods
My first actual attempt at a portrait photo, with an old 50mm lens I just bought cheap on eBay.
We went for a walk in Lickey Hills on my birthday, and I held up proceedings by stopping every ten metres to try and work out how to use my camera in manual mode. A lot came out woefully over or under-exposed, or simply out of focus. I think this one was less my own photographic skill and more just luck of the draw.
If there's a thought bubble, it probably reads: "When will he stop taking photos and start walking? It's nearly lunchtime!"
