Nasi Goreng Paprik

This was my lunch today - fried rice topped with stir-fried chicken, cauliflower, carrots and green beans in a chili/tomato sauce. The origins of this dish are Malay with slight Thai influences.

 

All that's missing is a tall glass of fresh lime juice :)
