Haiti: makeshift homes

This makeshift structure houses a family. On fleeing the devastation of the earthquake, families fled to the countryside and constructed these improvised houses. The long term potential of these, however, is limited in a volatile region such as Haiti.

The Christian Aid and Haiti Survie partnership is working to rehouse hundreds of families left homeless after the disaster.
