Old Faithful

Right on schedule, The National Park Service says the famous geyser erupts 17 times a day, at intervals ranging from an hour to nearly two hours, and the plume reaches heights that average 130 feet (40 meters). The water temperature at the vent is more than 200 F. (96 C.).
