Frosty morning at Loch Long

It was a cold and frosty morning at loch long, the tide was in and surrounded these cool little grassy stepping stones. so i composed my shot using them to have some interesting forground leading the eye into the picture adding some depth. if you look closley theres some little houses on the opposite shore giving a sense of scale to the whole shot.

I used my kit lens for this 18-55mm alond qith 16x ND filter and a circular poleriser. I set my aperture to F22 to allow me to have a long exposure (1.6 secs) which was just enough to get a subtle smoothness. it also gave the reflections a more jagged outline which wasnt intended but i felt it really reflected the coldness of the morning and is somethign ill keep in mind for the future.
