Penang Port

Took the Penang Cross Channel Ferry service last week. It was fun and excited as this was my first time photographing on board, captured the sunrise at early morning. The last time I took this Ferry was probably 10 years ago.

Penang Port is one of the oldest port in Malaysia and playing very important role linking 200 over ports worldwide. The history of the port can be trace back to 1786 when Captain Francis Light, known as the founder of Penang, landed in Penang and renamed it Prince of Wales Island in honor of the heir to the British throne.

Happy Cliche Saturday!
