Bell Rock

Bell Rock resides in Red Rock State Park in Sedona, Arizona. Supposedly, the many rock formations in and around Sedona are considered vortexes that give off energy. I wasn't feeling any extra energy while I was there so maybe it takes time. I wouldn't be opposed to getting my energy from looking at rocks compared to the amount of dough I drop a year on Red Bull.

Sedona is a beautiful little town just north of Phoenix. The trek from Page, Arizona through Flagstaff to get to Sedona was a blizzard. My little rental car struggled through it. I think the best part of my trip to Sedona was that I finally tried cactus fries with prickly pear sauce and I actually liked it!
