Eid ul Fitr - Tamale/Coucou pie

Recipe posted. We are making more gluten free because my mother is avoiding it (flares up her arthritis).

 

This is essentially a coucou (or polenta) baked on top of a lovely minced beef filling. Cornmeal topping has some cheddar (regular and aged) and was delicious!
